Squid Salad recipe

Ingredients for Squid Salad:

  1. Squid cut into round pieces – 100 gm
  2. Salt and pepper powder – As needed
    Lemon juice – From 1 lemon
  3. Red chilli paste – 1 small spoon
  4. Olive oil – 2 big spoons
  5. Tomato cut into small square pieces – 3
    Cabbage cut into small square pieces – ¼ cup
    Capsicum cut into small square pieces – 1
    Onion cut into small square pieces – 1
    Lemon juice – From 1 lemon
    Coriander leaves, finely chopped – To decorate

How to prepare Squid Salad?

  1. Mix ingredients no: 2 together and marinate the squid pieces.
  2. Allow it to rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat a tawa, and fry the marinated squid for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer fried squid to a bowl.
  5. Add ingredients no: 5 to it and toss it.
  6. Check salt and pepper.
  7.  Place your squid salad in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
