
Ingredients for Squid Salad:
- Squid cut into round pieces – 100 gm
- Salt and pepper powder – As needed
Lemon juice – From 1 lemon - Red chilli paste – 1 small spoon
- Olive oil – 2 big spoons
- Tomato cut into small square pieces – 3
Cabbage cut into small square pieces – ¼ cup
Capsicum cut into small square pieces – 1
Onion cut into small square pieces – 1
Lemon juice – From 1 lemon
Coriander leaves, finely chopped – To decorate
How to prepare Squid Salad?
- Mix ingredients no: 2 together and marinate the squid pieces.
- Allow it to rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat a tawa, and fry the marinated squid for 5 minutes.
- Transfer fried squid to a bowl.
- Add ingredients no: 5 to it and toss it.
- Check salt and pepper.
- Place your squid salad in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
