Peas and Mushroom Pulao recipe

Ingredients for Peas and Mushroom Pulao:

1. Basmati rice – 450 gm

2. Black cumin – ½ tsp

    Cardamom – 2

    Cinnamon – 2 pieces

    Garlic chopped – 2 cloves

    Salt – For taste

3. Butter mushroom – 50 gm

    Tomatoes chopped – 1

4. Green peas – 75 gm

5. Water – 3 cups

6. Oil – 2 tablespoons

How to prepare Peas and Mushroom Pulao?

1. Wash rice and strain water completely.

2. Heat oil in an urli and sauté ingredients no: 2.

3. Add chopped mushrooms and tomato and sauté for 3 more minutes.

4. Add green peas and rice, and slowly mix the contents.

5. Add water and bring it to a boil.

6. Reduce the flame and cook for 15 minutes or till rice is well-cooked.

7. Serve hot.
