
Ingredients for Cherupayar Thair Salad (Green Gram Curd Salad):
- Green gram – ¼ cup
- Onions chopped – 1
- Grated carrot – ¼ cup
- Green chillies chopped – 3
- Curd – 1 cup
- Salt – For taste
How to prepare Cherupayar Thair Salad (Green Gram Curd Salad)?
- Wrap green peas in a moist cloth and prepare sprouted green gram.
- Mix it with the remaining ingredients.
- Place in refrigerator and serve chilled.
Note: It’s always advisable to cook sprouted green gram before use.
