Ingredients for Greek Salad:
- Extra virgin olive oil – 3 big spoons
- Lemon juice – 1.5 big spoons
- Garlic crushed – 1 clove
- Ayamodakam (Bishop’s weed) – ½ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Pepper crushed – ¼ tsp
- Tomato pieces – From 3 tomatoes
- Onion rings – ¼ of an onion
- Salad cucumber pieces – ¼ of a cucumber
- Green capsicum cut into lengthy pieces – ½
- Cheese pieces – 120 gm
- Olive – 16
How to prepare Greek Salad?
- Take olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and ayamodakam in a jar with a closed lid. Shake it well.
- Take the remaining ingredients in a big bowl and mix together.
- Pour the dressing on top and toss once.
- Sprinkle crushed pepper on top.
