Greek salad recipe

Ingredients for Greek Salad:

  1. Extra virgin olive oil – 3 big spoons
  2. Lemon juice – 1.5 big spoons
  3. Garlic crushed – 1 clove
  4. Ayamodakam (Bishop’s weed) – ½ tsp
  5. Salt – ¼ tsp
  6. Pepper crushed – ¼ tsp
  7. Tomato pieces – From 3 tomatoes
  8. Onion rings – ¼ of an onion
  9. Salad cucumber pieces – ¼ of a cucumber
  10. Green capsicum cut into lengthy pieces – ½
  11. Cheese pieces – 120 gm
  12. Olive – 16

How to prepare Greek Salad?

  1. Take olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and ayamodakam in a jar with a closed lid. Shake it well.
  2. Take the remaining ingredients in a big bowl and mix together.
  3. Pour the dressing on top and toss once.
  4. Sprinkle crushed pepper on top.
