Corn Added Chicken Curry recipe

Ingredients for Corn Added Chicken Curry:

  1. Boneless chicken pieces – ½ kg
  2. Egg – 1
  3. Corn flour – 50 gm
  4. Maida – 50 gm
  5. Agino motto – 1 pinch
  6. Sugar – as per taste
  7. Salt – as needed
  8. Refined oil – as needed
  9. Onion chopped – 50 gm
  10. Celery chopped – 10 gm
  11. Garlic chopped – 20 gm
  12. Ginger chopped – 20 gm
  13. Baby corn, small pieces – 50 gm
  14. Capsicum – 50 gm
  15. Cashew nuts (as whole) – 50 gm
  16. Red chilli paste – 10 gm
  17. Soya sauce – 10 milli
  18. Black bean sauce – 10 milli
  19. Spring onion – 2 bundles
  20. Coriander leaves – ½ bundle

How to prepare Chicken Curry with Corn?

  1. Add egg, half the amount of corn flour, maida, agino motto, salt and sugar to chicken pieces.
  2. Marinate well and keep aside for ½ hour.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces till they turn brown.
  4. Heat 50 millilitres of oil in another pan and add chopped onions, celery, garlic and ginger.
  5. Sauté well and add capsicum, corns and cashews and stir well. Add sauces and stir again.
  6. Add fried chicken pieces along with corn flour. If corn flour is mixed with chicken stock, it’s nicer.
  7. You can decorate with spring onions and coriander leaves.
