Fruit Salad (Recipe 1)

Ingredients for Fruit Salad:
- Robusta well ripen – 3
Chilled milk – 1 cup - Honey – ¼ cu
Saffron – A pinch, soaked in two big spoons of warm milk - Grapes chopped fine – ¼ cup
Strawberry chopped fine – ¼ cup
Mango chopped fine – ¼ cup
Raspberry chopped fine – 2 big spoons
Apple chopped fine – ¼ cup
Almonds chopped – 1 big spoon
Pista chopped – 1 big spoon
Cashews chopped – 1 big spoon - Vanilla ice cream – As required
- Pomegranate seeds – ¼ cup
How to prepare Fruit Salad?
- Blend well the banana with milk.
- Add honey and saffron to it and mix well.
- Add ingredients no: 3 to it and mix well.
- Take this fruit mixture in serving bowls.
- Place a scoop of ice cream on its top.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds to decorate them.

Fruit Salad (Recipe 2)
Ingredients for Fruit Salad (Recipe 2):
- Orange – ½
Jnalipoovan banana (small-sized banana) – ½
Watermelon – 1 piece
Pineapple – 1 piece
Raisins – 5
Cherry – 1
Sugar – 1 tsp - Milk – 1 glass
Egg – 1
Sugar – 2 tablespoons - Custard powder – 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp
How to prepare Fruit Salad (Recipe 2)?
- Chop fruits into small pieces.
- Add sugar to it and chill it.
- Mix ingredients no: 2 together and place in the flame.
- When it boils, add custard powder mixed with a little water.
- Cook for a while till the contents thicken.
- Add vanilla essence and turn the flame off.
- Allow the custard mixture to cool completely.
- Spread the chilled fruits on top and serve.
