Fruit Salad

Ingredients for Fruit Salad:

1. Robusta well ripen – 3

   Chilled milk – 1 cup

2. Honey – ¼ cup

    Saffron – A pinch, soaked in two big spoons of warm milk

3. Grapes chopped fine – ¼ cup

    Strawberry chopped fine – ¼ cup

    Mango chopped fine – ¼ cup

    Raspberry chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Apple chopped fine – ¼ cup

    Almonds chopped – 1 big spoon

    Pista chopped – 1 big spoon

    Cashews chopped – 1 big spoon

4. Vanilla ice cream – As required

5. Pomegranate seeds – ¼ cup

How to prepare Fruit Salad?

1. Blend well banana with milk.

2. Add honey and saffron to it and mix well.

3. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and mix well.

4. Take this fruit mixture in serving bowls.

5. Place a scoop of ice cream on its top.

6. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds to decorate them.

Fruit Salad (Recipe 2)

Ingredients for Fruit Salad (Recipe 2):

1. Orange – ½

    Jnalipoovan banana (small sized banana) – ½

    Water melon – 1 piece

    Pine apple – 1 piece

    Raisins – 5

    Cherry – 1

    Sugar – 1 tsp

2. Milk – 1 glass

    Egg – 1

    Sugar – 2 tablespoons

3. Custard powder – 1 tablespoon

4. Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp

How to prepare Fruit Salad (Recipe 2)?

1. Chop fruits into small pieces.

2. Add sugar to it and chill it.

3. Mix ingredients no: 2 together and place in flame.

4. When it boils, add custard powder mixed with a little water.

5. Cook for a while till contents thicken.

6. Add vanilla essence and put the flame off.

7. Allow the custard mixture to cool off completely.

8. Spread the chilled fruits on top and serve.
