Ingredients for Rava Apple Cake:

1. Rava – ½ kg
2. Ghee – 2 big spoons
3. Apple ground to a fine paste – ½ cup
Hot water – 2 cups
4. Sugar – 100g
Milk – 1 cup
5. Cardamom powder – a pinch
How to prepare Rava Apple Cake?
1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry rava.
2. Add apple paste and hot water to it. Keep stirring.
3. When it absorbs water fully, add sugar and milk.
4. Cook the contents on a low flame and add cardamom powder also.
5. When the water content is fully absorbed and becomes dry, turn the flame off.
6. Take a tray and spread a little ghee before the contents are transferred to it.
7. Cut the cake into small pieces and serve hot.
