Lemon Curd

Ingredients for Lemon Curd:

1. Condensed milk – 1 tin

    Lemon juice – From 6 lemon

    Marie biscuit powdered – 1 cup

    Almonds chopped – 1 cup

    Milk – 1 cup

How to prepare Lemon Curd?

1. Pour condensed milk into a bowl.

2. Add lemon juice and beat the contents till it turns curd like.

3. Spread a layer of biscuit in a big pudding bowl.

4. Pour a little lemon juice-milk mixture as layer 2, and sprinkle a few almonds.

5. Make a few layers and condensed milk should for the top layer.

6. Refrigerate and use.
