Pineapple Pachadi for Vishu Sadya recipe

Ingredients for Pineapple Pachadi for Vishu Sadya:

1. Pineapple fruit (well-ripened) chopped fine – 1.5 cups

    Water and salt – As required

2. Green chillies – 3

    Mustard – ¼ small spoon

3. Thick coconut milk – ½ cup

4. Curd – 2 big spoons

5. Coconut oil – 1 big spoon

6. Mustard – ¼ small spoon

    Red chillies – 2, broken

    Curry leaves – 5 or 6 nos.

How to prepare Pineapple Pachadi for Vishu Sadya?

1. Place ingredients no: 1 in the flame, and allow the contents to boil well.

2. Add green chillies and crushed chillies, and mix the contents well.

3. Add coconut milk and heat it (never boil it).

4. Put off the flame and add curd. Mix the contents well.

5. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ingredients no: 6 and add to pachadi.
