Masala Buttermilk recipe

Ingredients of Masala Buttermilk (Masala Moru):

  1. Buttermilk – 1 litre
  2. Salad cucumber – 1 cup
  3. Carrot – 1 cup, grated
  4. Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
  5. Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt – As needed
  7. Asafoetida – 2 pinch
  8. Ginger crush – 1 piece
  9. Green chillies – 1

How to prepare Masala Buttermilk (Masala Moru)?

  1. Blend well all the ingredients in a mixer except buttermilk.
  2. Then filter the juice.
  3. Add buttermilk to it and blend again in a mixer.
  4. Serve chilled with ice cubes.

Note: You can also serve this drink without adding water. ¼ litre Masala Moru can be prepared using this recipe.
