Ingredients of Masala Buttermilk (Masala Moru):
- Buttermilk – 1 litre
- Salad cucumber – 1 cup
- Carrot – 1 cup, grated
- Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – As needed
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Ginger crush – 1 piece
- Green chillies – 1
How to prepare Masala Buttermilk (Masala Moru)?
- Blend well all the ingredients in a mixer except buttermilk.
- Then filter the juice.
- Add buttermilk to it and blend again in a mixer.
- Serve chilled with ice cubes.
Note: You can also serve this drink without adding water. ¼ litre Masala Moru can be prepared using this recipe.
