Mutton Fry in Kerala Style recipe

 Ingredients for Mutton Fry in Kerala Style:

  1. Mutton pieces – 1 kg
  2. Coconut oil – 100 gm
  3. Onion, finely chopped – ½ kg
  4. Ginger paste – 2 pieces
  5. Crushed garlic – 2 cloves
  6. Green chillies chopped – 2
  7. Chilli powder – 2 small spoons
  8. Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon
  9. Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
  10. Tomato cut into small pieces – 2
  11. Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
  12. Salt – As required

How to prepare Mutton Fry in Kerala Style?

  1. Cook mutton, adding salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Heat the oil and sauté the onion.
  3. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, and all three powders and fry well.
  4. Add mutton pieces along with tomato and curry leaves, and stir continuously.
  5. When it’s dried completely, turn the flame off
