
Ingredients for Mutton Fry in Kerala Style:
- Mutton pieces – 1 kg
- Coconut oil – 100 gm
- Onion, finely chopped – ½ kg
- Ginger paste – 2 pieces
- Crushed garlic – 2 cloves
- Green chillies chopped – 2
- Chilli powder – 2 small spoons
- Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon
- Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
- Tomato cut into small pieces – 2
- Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
- Salt – As required
How to prepare Mutton Fry in Kerala Style?
- Cook mutton, adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Heat the oil and sauté the onion.
- Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, and all three powders and fry well.
- Add mutton pieces along with tomato and curry leaves, and stir continuously.
- When it’s dried completely, turn the flame off
