Smoothie is an instant, yet healthy drink, which can be taken on a regular basis. You can try different combinations to make different, tasty, and colourful smoothies. You can also substitute one meal with a healthy smoothie. In the case of green smoothies and carrot smoothies, a lot of nutrients are present. It contains antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, and can also help in losing a few calories.
Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients for Carrot Smoothie:
- Carrot cut into small pieces – 2 cups
- Apple cut into small pieces – 1 cup
- Honey – 1 big spoon
- Milk – 1 cup
- Ice cubes and mint leaves – As needed
How to prepare Carrot Smoothie?
- Put all ingredients except the mint leaves in a blender, and blend well.
- Strain it and decorate with mint leaves.
- If needed, add extra honey.
Green Smoothie
Ingredients for Green Smoothie:
- Palak/Lettuce/Broccoli chopped – 3 cups
- Coconut water/water – 2 cups
- Banana/mango/apple chopped – 1 cup
- Honey – 1 small spoon
- Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon
- Peanuts – 1 big spoon, powdered
How to prepare Green Smoothie?
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
- Strain it, if needed.
- Transfer your green smoothie to glasses and serve chilled.
