Ingredients for Chapli Kabab:
1. Minced meat, cooked adding salt and pepper powder – 250 gm
Onion – 1, chopped fine
Green chillies -2, chopped
Crushed chillies – 2 big spoons
Garam masala powder – ½ small spoon
2. Oil – A little
How to prepare Chapli Kabab?
1. Mix all ingredients, except oil in a bowl.
2. Make balls from it, and make them flat to get cutlet shapes.
3. Heat a little oil in a tawa and place the kababs on it.
4. Shallow fry both sides, till they turn golden brown.
