Frittata recipe

Ingredients for Frittata:

1. Maida – 2 big spoons

    Baking powder – Half a small spoon

2. Ridge gourd grated – 200 grams

    Paneer grated – 200 grams

    Pepper powder – Half a small spoon

    Spring onion chopped – 20 grams

    Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon

    Eggs – 2, beaten

    Coriander leaves – 2 big spoons

    Oil – 1 small spoon

    Salt and pepper – For taste

3. Cheese grated – 25 grams

How to prepare Frittata?

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree celsius.

2. Blend ingredients 1 in a bowl.

3. Blend ingredients 2 in another bowl and mix with maida.

4. Take a baking tray with less height and grease it.

5. Pour the prepared mixture into the tray and grate cheese on its top.

6. Bake it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. The upper surface should turn brown.  You can also microwave for 5 minutes.

7. Take it out and cut it into pieces.

8. Serve it with the sauce of your choice.

Note: You can also use a tawa for this preparation. Use low flame.
