
Ingredients for Banana Dates Nut Smoothie:
- Dates – 5
Almonds – 10 - Milk – One cup
- Banana – 1
- Sugar – For taste
- Ice cubes – As required
Almond slices – To decorate
How to prepare Banana Dates Nut Smoothie?
- Soak almonds and dates in half a cup of milk for 10 minutes.
- Later, add a banana to it and beat well in a mixer.
- Add the remaining milk, sugar, and 1-2 ice cubes and blend well to a smoothie in the mixer.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for some time.
- You can take your smoothie from the refrigerator at the time of serving.
- Put ice cubes in the serving glasses.
- Pour your Banana Dates Nut Smoothie and decorate with almond slices.
