Ingredients of Jackfruit Coconut Balls:
1. Jackfruit – 1 kg
2. Sugar – ¼ kg
Ghee – 100 gm
Coconut grated – 1
3. Condensed milk – 1 tin
Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon
4. Coconut, grated and blended in a mixer – For rolling
How to prepare Jackfruit Coconut Balls?
1. Blend well in a mixer 1 kg of jackfruit.
2. Along with jackfruit, sauté ingredients no: 2 in a mixer.
3. Continue stirring till the mixture thickens and loosens from the sides of the urli.
4. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence to it, and keep stirring till the content thickens.
5. It should be thickened enough to make balls out of it.
6. When it cools, apply ghee to your palm and make balls out of it.
7. Roll it in powdered coconut and serve.
