Pani Puri

Ingredients for Pani Puri:

1. Small puri – 10

2. Potato – 3, cooked and chopped into small pieces

    White chickpeas cooked – ½ cup

    Cumin seeds fried and powdered – 1 small spoon

    Coriander leaves chopped – 1 big spoon

    Chat masala – 1 small spoon

    Salt and chilli powder – As per taste

    Onion – 1, chopped fine

    Sev – 1 cup

3. Mint leaves, coriander leaves – ½ cup each

    Ginger – 1 small piece

    Green chillies – 3

    Cumin seeds fried and powdered – 1 small spoon

    Chat masala – 1 small spoon

    Jaljeera powder – As required

4. Boondi – ½ cup

How to prepare Pani Puri?

1. Break the upper portion of puris.

2. Mix ingredients no: 2 together.

3. Make a paste of ingredients no: 3 adding sufficient water and strain it. This is pani.

4. Put boondi in pani and keep aside.

5. Fill puris with a little of mixed sev and pour pani on top.

6. Serve as soon as you mix the contents.
