Egg Frittata

Ingredients for Egg Frittata:

1. Oil – As needed

2. Onions – 1, chopped fine

    Garlic – 2 cloves, chopped

3. Spinach – ½ cup, chopped

    Carrot – ½ cup, grated

    Button mushroom – ½ cup, chopped

4. Cheese – 1 cube, grated

5. Eggs – 7, beaten adding pepper powder and salt

How to prepare Egg Frittata?

1. Heat oil in a frying pan, and sate ingredients no: 2.

2. Add ingredients no: 3 and continue sauting.

3. Add grated cheese on top and pour beaten egg on top.

4. Close the lid and cook it.

5. You can microwave it, or cook in a steamer too.
