Egg Frittata recipe

Ingredients for Egg Frittata:

1. Oil – As needed

2. Onions – 1, chopped fine

    Garlic – 2 cloves, chopped

3. Spinach – ½ cup, chopped

    Carrot – ½ cup, grated

    Button mushroom – ½ cup, chopped

4. Cheese – 1 cube, grated

5. Eggs – 7, beaten by adding pepper powder and salt

How to prepare Egg Frittata?

1. Heat oil in a frying pan, and saute ingredients no: 2.

2. Add ingredients no: 3 and continue sauting.

3. Add grated cheese on top and pour beaten egg on top.

4. Close the lid and cook it.

5. You can microwave it or cook it in a steamer, too.
