Fish Bake recipe

Ingredients for Fish Bake:

1. Oil – As needed

2. Onions chopped fine – 1.5 cups

    Garlic chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Green chillies chopped fine – 1 big spoon

3. Tomato chopped fine – 2

4. Capsicum chopped fine – 1

5. Fish cooked and made into fine pieces after removing the spine – 3 cups

    Salt – For taste

For white sauce:

6. Butter – 75 gm

7. Maida – 5 big spoons

8. Egg – 1

    Milk – 2 packets

    Cheese grated – 1 cup

    Salt – For taste

    Pepper powder – 1 big spoon

    Celery chopped fine – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Fish Bake?

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. When onions turn translucent, add tomatoes and stir well.

3. Add capsicum and sauté again.

4. Add fish and salt and sauté till the contents turn dry. Turn the flame off.

5. To prepare white sauce, heat a pan.

6. Reduce the flame and add butter.

7. When butter melts, add maida and stir continuously still maida heats up.

8. Add ingredients no: 8 to it and continuously stir it till the contents thicken.

9. Slowly add the fish mixture to it and mix well.

10. Transfer the contents to a pie dish and bake in the oven in 250 degree celsious.

11. When the upper surface turns light brown, you can take it out and serve.
