Pudina Vada (Mint Vada)

Ingredients for Pudina Vada (Mint Vada):

1. Gram daal (Kadala Paripp) – 1 cup

    Rice – 1 big spoon

2. Ginger paste -1 big spoon

    Green chilli paste – 1 big spoon

3. Onions – 1, chopped

4. Coriander leaves – ½ cup, chopped

    Mint leaves – 1.5 cups, chopped

    Salt – For taste

5. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Pudina Vada (Mint Vada)?

1. Soak ingredients no: 1 for 1 hour.

2. Later add salt and blend well in a mixer without adding water.

3. Add ingredients no: 2, 3 and 4 to blended daal mixture.

4. Mix the contents well to prepare the batter.

5. Make flat vadas from this mixture and deep fry in hot oil.
