Idiyirachi Ularthiyath

Ingredients for Idiyirachi Ularthiyath:

1. Beef dry (Idiyirachi) – 100 gm

2. Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

    Red chilli powder – 1 small spoon

3. Oil – A little

4. Onions chopped – 100 gm

    Garlic -10 cloves, crushed along with its outer skin

    Shallots – 5, crushed

5. Curry leaves – 2 stalks

How to prepare Idiyirachi Ularthiyath?

1. Heat beef for a few minutes and beat it well by placing on a stone.

2. Sprinkle a little water and allow beef to soak.

3. When beef is well soaked, add the powders and mix well.

4. After half an hour, fry beef in hot oil.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add ingredients no: 4 and sauté till golden brown.

6. Add fried beef and curry leaves.

7. Keep stirring and fry it well. Idiyirachi Ularthiyath should turn almost dry.
