Garlic Bread recipe

Ingredients for Garlic Bread:

1. Garlic – 1 cluster

    Green chillies – 2

2. Amul butter – 100 gm

3. Celery chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Salt – For taste

4. Bread – 1 loaf, cut into 13 equal parts

How to prepare Garlic Bread?

1. Make a fine paste of garlic and chillies.

2. Make butter soft by placing it outside the refrigerator for a while.

3. Add butter to the garlic-chilli paste and also mix the celery and salt.

4. Mix the contents well.

5. Apply this paste as a thin coat on one surface of each bread slice.

6. Place them one above the other to prepare a bread loaf.

7. Wrap this bread loaf in foil paper and bake in the oven till it turns crispy.

8. Serve hot.

Garlic Bread (Recipe 2)

Ingredients for Garlic Bread (Recipe 2):

1. Bread – 8 slices

2. Butter – ½ cup

3. Garlic – 2 big cloves, made into a paste

    Mixed herbs – ½ small spoon

    Parsley chopped fine – 1 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

How to prepare Garlic Bread (Recipe 2)?

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsious.

2. Remove the edges of the bread pieces.

3. Mix ingredients no: 3 with butter.

4. Apply this mixture on one side of the bread pieces.

5. Bake the bread pieces in a pre-heated oven for 8 minutes.

6. Serve hot.
