Beans Curry

Ingredients for Beans Curry:

1. Oil – 2 big spoons

2. Asafoetida powder – A pinch

3. Water – ¾ cup

4. Baking soda – A pinch

5. Beans chopped as slanted – 2 cups

6. Coconut milk – 1 cup

    Cornflour – 1 small spoon

7. Peanut fried and coarsely ground – 2 big spoons

    Green chillies chopped – 1 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

How to prepare Beans Curry?

1. Heat oil and add asafoetida powder.

2. Add water, and when it boils, add baking soda.

3. Cook beans in this water.

4. When it’s almost done, add coconut milk.

5. Also add corn flour, mixing it with a little coconut milk.

6. Add ingredients no: 7 and mix well.

7. When the beans curry boils, put off the flame.
