Bread Chicken Balls recipe

Ingredients for Bread Chicken Balls:

1. Bread – 4 slices

2. Milk – ¼ glass

3. Cooked chicken – 150 gm

    Onion – ½

    Green chilli – 1

    Potato boiled – 1 small piece

    Green peas cooked – 1 spoon

    Garam masala – 1 spoon

    Chicken masala – 1 spoon

4. Oil – A little

How to prepare Bread Chicken Balls?

1. Heat a little oil and sauté ingredients no: 3 together. This is used as filling.

2. Dip each bread slice in milk and squeeze off excess milk.

3. Place a little filling inside the bread and roll it into a perfect round shape.

4. Pre-heat oven to 80 degree celsious.

5. Bake these bread chicken balls for 20 minutes.

Note: You can also deep fry these bread–chicken balls in hot oil. Just dip balls in egg white and wrap in bread crumbs before doing so. Serve with tomato sauce or any chutney of your choice.
