
Ingredients for Crunchy Salad:
- Cabbage – 1, small, sliced thin
- Spring onion – 4 or 5 stems
- Olive oil – 1/3 cup
Vinegar – 3 big spoons
Sugar – 3 small spoons - Noodles – 1 packet, broken into small pieces
Almond sliced – ¼ cup
Sesame seeds – 1 big spoon
How to prepare Crunchy Salad?
- Soak cabbage slices in water for half an hour and drain off excess water.
- Chop spring onions and mix with cabbage.
- Transfer ingredients no: 3 to a bottle and beat it well. This is used as the dressing.
- Just before you serve, add ingredients no: 4 to the cabbage.
- Add the dressing to the salad and toss it.
Note: Add noodles to salad only a few moments before serving. Otherwise, it will lose its crispness.
