Crunchy Noodles Salad recipe

Ingredients for Crunchy Noodles Salad:

  1. Noodles (Top Raman/Maggie/Your choice) – 1 packet
  2. Broccoli – 1 cup
    Lettuce (torn) – 1-2
    Yellow/red capsicum chopped fine – ½
    Jalapeno (Chilli used in Mexican cuisine) – 1-2 small spoons
    Spring onion chopped fine – 1 small bundle
    Pepper, salt – As required
  3. Sugar – 1/3 cup
    Oil – 1/3 cup
    Cider vinegar – ¼ cup
    Soya sauce – 2 small spoons
  4. Walnut chopped fine – ½ cup

How to prepare Crunchy Noodles Salad?

  1. Break noodles into small pieces, deep fry in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
  2. Mix ingredients no: 2 in a bowl.
  3. Add fried noodles to it and keep in the refrigerator.
  4. Just before you serve, add dressing and toss gently.
  5. To prepare dressing: Transfer ingredients no: 3 to a bottle and shake well.

Note: If you keep fried noodles for a long time, they will lose crispness. Serve as soon as you prepare your crunchy dish.
