
Ingredients for Banana Delight:
1. Egg – 4
Maida – 1 cup
Milk – ½ cup
Water – ½ cup
Sugar – 2 big spoons
2. Butter – 2 big spoons
3. Cashews – 10
Seedless raisins – 6
4. Big-sized Kerala banana (Ethapazham) – 4, chopped fine
5. Chocolate sauce – A little
How to prepare Banana Delight?
1. Mix ingredients no: 1 in a bowl to prepare the batter. It should have the consistency of dosa batter.
2. Heat a tawa and prepare small pancakes (similar to dosa). A big spoonful of batter is sufficient.
3. Flip and fry both sides of the pancakes till they are done.
4. Heat a big spoon of butter in a pan and fry cashews, raisins, and chopped banana pieces.
5. When it is done, turn off the flame and mash banana pieces using a ladle.
6. Place a little filling inside each pancake and roll them to get pan rolls.
7. Melt the remaining butter in the pan and fry the pan rolls.
8. Arrange the pan rolls on a serving plate.
9. Just before you serve, pour a little chocolate sauce on its top.
