Fish Green Curry Rub recipe

Ingredients for Fish Green Curry Rub:

1. Boneless fish flesh – 1 thin slice

2. Raw black pepper (green) – 1 big spoon

    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 big spoon

    Curry leaves and garlic fried in oil and ground – 1 big spoon

3. Green spinach – 100 gm

    Cilantro – 20 gm

    Green chillies – 2

    Raw black pepper (green) – 1 small spoon

4. Lemon juice – ¼ of a small spoon

    Salt – For taste

How to prepare Fish Green Curry Rub?

1. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2.

2. Marinate the fish piece using this masala paste.

3. Fry chicken in a heated tawa till both sides are fried well.

4. Dip spinach in boiling water once and then immerse it in ice water.

5. Make a fine paste of spinach leaves, along with pepper, green chillies and cilantro.

6. Heat oil in a pan and add the ground paste to it.

7. Stir for a few minutes and add the fried fish slices.

8. Cook fish in this gravy, and take care not to break it.

9. Also, add salt and lemon juice.

10. It serves best with saffron rice, where butter and a pinch of saffron are added to the rice while cooking.

12. Place fish green curry rub on the rice and pour a little sauce too.
