Mutta Masala (Egg Masala)

Ingredients for Mutta Masala (Egg Masala):

1. Boiled eggs – 4

2. Oil – As required

3. Shallots – 12, sliced lengthwise

    Curry leaves – 1 stalk

4. Chilli powder – 1.5 spoons

    Salt – As required

How to prepare Mutta Masala (Egg Masala)?

1. Cook eggs, remove shell and cut into two halves each.

2. Heat oil and fry shallots till golden brown.

3. Then place shallots in a plate or bowl.

4. In the remaining oil fry curry leaves and add to shallots.

5. Add chilli powder and salt to it and mix well the ingredients.

6. Place eggs in a plate, add this fried shallot mixture on its top and serve hot.
