Mixed Ularth

Ingredients for Mixed Ularth:

1. Green peas – 50 gm

    Potato – 100 gm, cut into 1-inch square pieces

2. Oil – 3 big spoons

3. Onion – 1, sliced

    Green chillies – 4-6, sliced length-wise

    Garlic crushed – 1 big spoon

    Salt – For taste

4. Chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

5. Cabbage sliced thin length-wise – 200 gm

How to prepare Mixed Ularth?

1. Boil potatoes and green peas, adding water. Strain water once it’s done.

2. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 3 till raw smell goes out.

3. Add ingredients no: 4 and sauté again.

4. Add cabbage and cooked vegetables.

5. Reduce flame and cook till water content is fully absorbed.
