Beetroot Wine recipe

Ingredients for Beetroot Wine:

1. Beetroot – 2.5 kg

2. Water – 6 bottles

3. Sugar – 2 kilo

4. Yeast – 1 small spoon

5. Lemon juice – extracted from 4 lemons

How to prepare Beetroot Wine?

1. Wash the beetroot, remove the skin and grate it.

2. Add water and boil it well.

3. Strain it and keep aside.

4. Take half a cup of lukewarm water and add 1 small spoon of sugar and yeast each, and beat it well.

5. After 15 minutes, strain it and add it to the beetroot juice.

6. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix well.

7. Water should be lukewarm during the process.

8. Close the container tightly and keep it so for 2 weeks.

9. Strain beetroot from the container. Your beetroot wine is ready.
