Coriander Leaf Puri

Ingredients for Coriander Leaf Puri:

1. Atta (Wheat flour) – 1.5 cups

2. Salt – ½ tsp

3. Ajwain – ½ tsp

4. Coriander leaves chopped fine – ½ cup

5. Chilli powder – ½ tsp

6. Curd – 1 cup

7. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Coriander Leaf Puri?

1. Mix ingredients 1 to 5 in a bowl.

2. Finally add curd and knead the dough till it turns soft.

3. Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes.

4. Make small balls from dough and spread them into round shaped pooris.

5. Deep fry coriander leaf pooris in hot oil.
