Egg Masala recipe

Ingredients for Mutta Masala (Egg Masala):

  1. Boiled eggs – 4
  2. Oil – As required
  3. Shallots – 12, sliced lengthwise
    Curry leaves – 1 stalk
  4. Chilli powder – 1.5 spoons
    Salt – As required

How to prepare Mutta Masala (Egg Masala)?

  1. Cook eggs, remove the outer shell, and cut them into two halves.
  2. Heat oil and fry shallots till golden brown.
  3.  Then place the shallots in a plate or bowl.
  4. In the remaining oil, fry curry leaves and add to the shallots.
  5. Add chilli powder and salt to it and mix the ingredients well.
  6. Place eggs in a plate, add the fried shallot mixture on top, and serve hot.
