Ingredients for Mutta Masala (Egg Masala):
- Boiled eggs – 4
- Oil – As required
- Shallots – 12, sliced lengthwise
Curry leaves – 1 stalk - Chilli powder – 1.5 spoons
Salt – As required
How to prepare Mutta Masala (Egg Masala)?
- Cook eggs, remove the outer shell, and cut them into two halves.
- Heat oil and fry shallots till golden brown.
- Then place the shallots in a plate or bowl.
- In the remaining oil, fry curry leaves and add to the shallots.
- Add chilli powder and salt to it and mix the ingredients well.
- Place eggs in a plate, add the fried shallot mixture on top, and serve hot.
