Dr. Babu, a dental surgeon started an outlet for a variety of egg dishes on an experimental basis at Nedumbassery Airport. He named it the Egg Shop. Very soon, it turned out to be very successful. Now Egg Shop owns more than 40 outlets across the world, including one each in Dubai and Sharjah. His restaurants supply a variety of egg dishes, such as varieties of omelets, chocolate bulls-eye, shakes, adding vanilla and eggs, and a wide range of Mexican, Spanish, and Jamaican egg dishes. Mutta Soda is one of the popular egg dishes, and the owner, who is a dental surgeon, is keen on the body’s health and teeth’s health too.

Ingredients for Mutta Soda (Egg Soda):
- White yolk of boiled eggs – 1
Ginger paste – 1 pinch
Mint leaves – 6
Lemon juice – From one lemon
Sugar- 2.5 big spoons - Soda – 1 bottle
How to prepare Mutta Soda (Egg Soda)?
- Mix all ingredients no: 1 and add half of the soda to it. Blend well.
- Filter the juice and add the remaining soda.
- Transfer it to serving glasses and decorate with mint leaves and lemon pieces.
- A few tips for preparing Mutta Soda (Egg Soda):
- Give importance to hygiene. The eggshell should be cleaned well before you boil eggs.
- While you poach the eggs, never overcook them. (It should not be hard)
