Ingredients for Fried Cauliflower Dipped in Egg:
- Cauliflower – 1 small
- Lemon juice – from 1 lemon
- Egg – 2
- Bread crumbs – 1.5 cups
- Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Oil – as required
- Water – 6 cups
- Salt – as needed
How to Fry Cauliflower Dipped in Egg?
- Separate the cauliflower into petals. Clean them well using warm water.
- Boil 6 cups of water by adding lemon juice and salt, and then add cauliflower to it.
- Boil it for 8 minutes to soften. Never overcook it.
- Then use a cotton cloth to remove water content from the cauliflower.
- Mix eggs and pepper powder with a little salt.
- Dip each petal in this egg mixture, roll in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.
- Fried cauliflower should be light brown in colour.
