Fried Cauliflower Dipped in Egg

Ingredients for Fried Cauliflower Dipped in Egg:

  1. Cauliflower – 1 small
  2. Lemon juice – from 1 lemon
  3. Egg – 2
  4. Bread crumbs – 1.5 cups
  5. Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
  6. Oil – as required
  7. Water – 6 cups
  8. Salt – as needed

How to Fry Cauliflower Dipped in Egg?

  1. Separate the cauliflower into petals. Clean them well using warm water.
  2. Boil 6 cups of water by adding lemon juice and salt, and then add cauliflower to it.
  3. Boil it for 8 minutes to soften. Never overcook it.
  4. Then use a cotton cloth to remove water content from the cauliflower.
  5. Mix eggs and pepper powder with a little salt.
  6. Dip each petal in this egg mixture, roll in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.
  7. Fried cauliflower should be light brown in colour.
