Ingredients for Chicken Ball Curry:
- Boneless chicken – ¼ kg
Salt – As required
Chilli powder – 1 small spoon
Garlic – 2 cloves
Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon - Oil – 3 big spoons
- Onions – 1 big, chopped fine
Salt – As required - Ginger-garlic paste – 3 big spoons
- Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
Chilli powder – 3 small spoons
Coriander powder – 2 small spoons - Tomato – 2, sliced into tiny pieces
- Potato – 1, sliced into round ¼ inch thick pieces
How to prepare Chicken Ball Curry?
- Mix together ingredients no: 1, and grind well in a mixer.
- Make small balls out of this mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and salt and saute the contents well.
- When colour changes, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté again.
- Add ingredients no: 5 to it and sauté again.
- When the masala smell changes to a pleasant flavour, add tomatoes and sauté again.
- Add three cups of water and boil the contents.
- When it starts boiling, add the chicken balls to it and allow it to boil well.
- Add potato pieces and boil well.
- Now cook in a low flame till the chicken and potatoes are done.
- The curry should not be too thick.
- Once it’s done, turn the flame off.
