Baby Corn Quick Fry recipe

Ingredients for Baby Corn Quick Fry:

1. Baby corn split lengthwise – 200 gm

2. Corn flour – 1 small spoon

    Soya sauce – 1 small spoon

    Tomato chilli sauce – 2 small spoons

    Water – ½ cup

3. Refined oil – 2 small spoons

4. Green chillies chopped fine – 1

    Ginger and garlic chopped fine – 3 small spoons

5. Salt and pepper powder – As required

6. Capsicum sliced lengthwise – ½

How to prepare Baby Corn Quick Fry?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 2 and keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and cook baby corn.

3. When it’s done, add green chillies, garlic, and ginger and mix well.

4. Add the corn flour mixture to it and mix well.

5. Also add sufficient salt & pepper, and capsicum pieces.

6. Mix well and take off from the flame when steam starts coming out.

7. Serve hot.
