
Ingredients for Three-Layered Fudge Pie:
For the first layer:
1. Biscuit (Oreo/Marie) – 200 gm
2. Melted butter – 125 gm
Cashews broken – 50 gm
For the second layer:
3. Condensed milk – 1 tin
For the third layer
4. Ice cream – ½ litre
5. Gelatin – 1 big spoon
How to prepare a Three-Layered Fudge Pie?
1. Make a fine powder of biscuit and mix it well with melted butter and cashews.
2. Grease the pudding tray and spread biscuit mixture. Press it well.
3. Wrap it with cling film and refrigerate.
4. Take a condensed milk tin and clean the outer side, without breaking the seal.
5. Place this tin in a pressure cooker and pour water up to the level of the tin seal.
6. Close the lid and pressure cook it till two whistles.
7. When the pressure drops to zero, open the lid and take the condensed milk tin out.
8. Open the seal of the condensed milk tin. Now it is thickened like a fudge.
9. Spread condensed milk on the top of the biscuit base.
10. To prepare the third layer, first beat the ice cream.
11. Melt gelatin in a little quantity of water and add to ice cream.
12. Beat again and spread on the top of the condensed milk layer.
13. Refrigerate your fudge pie.
14. You can serve when your Three Layered Fudge Pie is fully set.
