Crab Masala recipe

Ingredients for Crab Masala:

  1. Cleaned crabs – ½ kg
  2. Green chillies – 3, chopped
    Ginger – 1 small piece
    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
    Salt – For taste
    Tomatoes – 2, chopped
    Coriander seeds, fried and powdered – 2 big spoons
    Water – A little
  3. Coconut oil – 3 big spoons
  4. Coconut – ½, grated
  5. Tamarind squeezed in water – 1 big spoon
  6. Curry leaves – 3 sprigs

How to prepare Crab Masala?

  1. Cook crab, adding ingredients no: 2.
  2. Fry the grated coconut in oil till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add cooked prawns to it along with tamarind juice and boil the contents.
  4. Add curry leaves and turn off the flame.
