
Ingredients for Crab Masala:
- Cleaned crabs – ½ kg
- Green chillies – 3, chopped
Ginger – 1 small piece
Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
Salt – For taste
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Coriander seeds, fried and powdered – 2 big spoons
Water – A little - Coconut oil – 3 big spoons
- Coconut – ½, grated
- Tamarind squeezed in water – 1 big spoon
- Curry leaves – 3 sprigs
How to prepare Crab Masala?
- Cook crab, adding ingredients no: 2.
- Fry the grated coconut in oil till it turns golden brown.
- Add cooked prawns to it along with tamarind juice and boil the contents.
- Add curry leaves and turn off the flame.
