Tandoori Fish

Ingredients for Tandoori Fish:

1. Fish with thick flesh – ½ kg, made to pieces

2. Curd – 1 big spoon

    Kashmiri chilli powder – 2 small spoons

    Lemon juice – 1 small spoon

    Ginger paste – 1 small spoon

    Garlic paste – 1 small spoon

    Salt – As required

For Chutney

3. Mint leaves – 1 cup

    Coriander leaves – ½ cup

    Coconut scrapped – 1 cup

    Green chillies – 7

    Salt – As required

   Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon

   Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon

   Lemon juice – 1 big spoon

   Oil – As required

How to prepare Tandoori Fish?

1. Clean fish and cut into pieces.

2. Mix together ingredients no: 2 and marinate fish using this gravy.

3. Allow it to rest for 4 hours.

4. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 3 and prepare mint chutney.

5. Brush the marinated fish pieces with oil, and cook in oven or pan.

6. Flip both sides and cook well.

7. Transfer mint chutney to a small dish and place it at the centre of serving plate.

8. Place tandoori fish pieces around mint chutney dish in a circular shape.

9. Decorate your tandoori fish plate with onions and lemon sliced in circular pieces.
