Sweet Potato Cutlet

Ingredients for Sweet Potato Cutlet:

1. Sweet potato boiled and smashed – 2 cups

2. Roasted rava – ½ cup

3. Onions chopped fine – 1

4. Ginger chopped fine – 1 table spoon

5. Green chillies – 2, chopped

6. Coriander leaves – 1 stem

7. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

8. Salt – A pinch

9. Egg – 1

10. Bread crumbs – As required

How to prepare Sweet Potato Cutlet?

1. Add fried semolina, onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and salt to smashed sweet potato.

2. Spread them into cutlet shapes.

3. Dip each cutlet in beaten eggs and wrap well in bread crumps.

4. Heat oil and deep fry each cutlet till it turns golden brown.

5. Flip both sides to make them crispy.

6. Serve hot with a cup of tea.
