Simple Fried Rice

Ingredients for Simple Fried Rice:

1. Basmati rice cooked – 4 cups

2. Eggs – 3, beaten

3. Vegetable oil – As required

4. Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon

    Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon

5. Beans chopped – 1 cup

    Carrot chopped – 1 cup

6. Butter – 1 big spoon

7. Cabbage chopped – 1 cup

    Chicken cooked and cut into small pieces – 1 cup

    Capsicum chopped – 1 cup

8. Sugar – 1 small spoon

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

9. Vinegar – 1 small spoon

    Soya sauce – 2 big spoons

    Salt – For taste

10. Spring onion chopped – To decorate

     Coriander leaves chopped – To decorate

How to prepare Simple Fried Rice?

1. Scramble eggs in a pan and keep aside.

2. Heat oil and sauté ginger and garlic.

3. Add carrot and beans and sauté the contents.

4. When it is done, add butter followed by chicken, eggs, cabbage and capsicum.

5. Add sugar and pepper and mix well.

6. Add soya sauce, vinegar and salt and mix the contents well.

7. Finally add cooked rice, followed by spring onion and coriander leaves.

8. Serve hot.
