Shish Tawook recipe

Ingredients for Shish Tawook:

  1. Boneless chicken – ½ kg
  2. Lemon juice – 3 big spoons
    Lemon skin scraped – A pinch
    Garlic – 8 cloves, crushed
    Curd – 3 big spoons
    Olive oil – 3 big spoons
    Ginger crushed – ½ small spoon
    Oregano – A pinch
    Apple cedar vinegar – ½ small spoon
    Paprika – ¼ small spoon
    Tomato sauce – ½ small spoon
    Salt – For taste

How to prepare Shish Tawook?

  1. Clean the chicken and cut it into square pieces.
  2.  Transfer ingredients no: 2 to a zip-lock bag along with chicken pieces.
  3.  Shake it well and store it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 2 hours.
  5. Pierce chicken pieces into skewers.
  6. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsious.
  7. Grill chicken pieces in such a way that they get heat from both upper and lower sides.
