
Ingredients for Shish Tawook:
- Boneless chicken – ½ kg
- Lemon juice – 3 big spoons
Lemon skin scraped – A pinch
Garlic – 8 cloves, crushed
Curd – 3 big spoons
Olive oil – 3 big spoons
Ginger crushed – ½ small spoon
Oregano – A pinch
Apple cedar vinegar – ½ small spoon
Paprika – ¼ small spoon
Tomato sauce – ½ small spoon
Salt – For taste
How to prepare Shish Tawook?
- Clean the chicken and cut it into square pieces.
- Transfer ingredients no: 2 to a zip-lock bag along with chicken pieces.
- Shake it well and store it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 2 hours.
- Pierce chicken pieces into skewers.
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsious.
- Grill chicken pieces in such a way that they get heat from both upper and lower sides.
