Sausage Rice

Ingredients for Sausage Rice:

1. Oil – 3 big spoons

2. Chicken liver – 450 gm chopped

    Sausage – 450 gm chopped

3. Onions – 1 cup, finely chopped

    Celery – ½ cup, finely chopped

    Capsicum – ½ cup, finely chopped

4. Basmati rice cooked – 4 cups

    Parsley – ¼ cup, finely chopped

5. Salt and pepper – As required

How to prepare Sausage Rice?

1. Heat oil and fry liver and sausage pieces.

2. When it turns brown, add ingredients no: 3 and cook the contents.

3. Add rice and parsley, followed by salt and pepper.

4. Mix the contents well and put off the flame. Serve hot.
