Mushroom Curry

Ingredients for Mushroom Curry:

1. Butter mushroom – 18 (200 gm)

2. Chilli powder – ½ big spoon

    Coriander powder – ¾ big spoon

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

    Meat masala – 1 small spoon

    Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon

    Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon

3. Oil – 3 big spoons

4. Onion – 1, sliced thin

    Green chillies – 3, split lengthwise

    Ginger sliced thin lengthwise – 1 small spoon

    Curry leaves – 1 stalk

5. Salt – As required

6. Scrapped coconut – 1.5 cups

7. Vinegar – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Mushroom curry?

1. Clean the mushroom and keep aside.

2. Extract ½ cup first milk and 1.5 cups second milk from scrapped coconut.

3. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2.

4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 4.

5. Add the gravy and sauté again.

6. When it’s sauted well, add mushrooms.

7. Add salt and cook mushrooms adding second extract of coconut milk.

8. When it’s well cooked, add first extract of coconut milk and allow to boil.

9. When mushroom curry boils well, take off from flame and add vinegar to it.

10. Stir well and serve hot.
