Ingredients to prepare mutton chops

1. Mutton including bone – 500 gm

2. Oil – 100 milli

3. Ginger chopped – 2 tsp

4. Garlic chopped – 2 tablespoons

5. Green chillies – 4

6. Onion – 3

7. Curry leaves – as needed

8. Coriander powder – 1 tsp

9. Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

10. Fennel seeds – 1 tablespoon

11. Ghee – 1/2 tsp

12. Pepper powder – 1 tablespoon

13. Salt – as needed

14. Coconut milk – 1/2 cup

15. Tomato – 2

For seasoning:

16. Shallots – 5

17. Curry leaves – 2 sprigs

18. Oil – 50 milli

Method of preparation of mutton chops:

1. Mix all ingredients from 1 – 13 and add enough water. Cook well.

2. Once it’s well-cooked, add coconut milk and tomato pieces. 

3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry shallots and curry leaves, and add them to the mutton chops.

4. Serve hot.
