Rava-Spinach Vada recipe

Ingredients for Rava-Spinach Vada:

1. Spinach, finely chopped – 2.5 cups
2. Rava fried golden brown – 1.5 cups
3. Rice flour – ½ cup
4. Onion finely chopped – 2
5. Gram flour – ¼ cup
6. Coconut grated – ½
7. Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
8. Chilli powder – 2 small spoons
9. Salt – as needed
10. Oil – for frying

How to prepare Rava-Spinach Vada?

1. Mix chopped onions and spinach and sauté them well.
2. Add all other ingredients except oil to it and make the shape of cutlets.
3. Deep fry these cutlets in hot oil. Serve hot.
