Banana – Rava Bonda recipe

Ingredients for Banana – Rava Bonda:

  1. Raw banana – 2
  2. Onion – 3
  3. Roasted rava – 1.5 cups
  4. Gram flour – ¾ cup
  5. All-purpose flour – ½ cup
  6. Ginger – 1 piece
  7. Green chillies – 4
  8. Chilli powder – 1.5 spoons
  9. Salt – as needed
  10. Curry leaves, and coriander leaves – as needed
  11. Asafetida powder – 1 pinch
  12. Oil – for frying

How to prepare Banana – Rava Bonda?

  1. Finely chop ginger, onions and chillies.
  2. Peel the skin of the banana and make tiny pieces.
  3. Finely chop coriander leaves and curry leaves, and mix them with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil.
