raisins chutney

Ingredients for Raisins – Coriander Leaf – Mint Leaf Chutney (Unakka Munthiri Chutney):

1. Raisins (Unakka Munthiri) – 1 cup

2. Onions chopped – 1

3. Garlic – 1 piece

4. Red chillies – 2

5. Curry leaves – 2

6. Coriander leaves – 1 tsp

7. Mint leaves – ½ tsp

8. Salt – For taste

9. Lemon juice – A little

10. Oil – 1 tsp

How to prepare Raisins – Coriander Leaf – Mint Leaf Chutney (Unakka Munthiri Chutney)?

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, curry leaves and red chillies for 5 minutes, till the raw smell of onions goes out.

2. Add raisins, coriander leaves and mint leaves, and sauté for 2 more minutes.

3. Turn off the flame and allow the contents to cool.

4. Make a fine paste using a mixer.

5. Add lemon juice and mix your raisin chutney using a spoon.
